I’ve been reading Mark Sisson’s Blog as well as his book, The Primal Blueprint and been incorporating a lot of his ideas into my diet. This is a phenomenal recipe that takes about 10-15 minutes and is full of flavor.  

Delicious little snack balls of glory I made tonight for dessert. They’ve got a really rich flavor and I saved some to have with my coffee tomorrow morning. Came out super well, however, the recipe is really based on to taste measurements for some of the ingredients. This was also my first effort using coconut oil, which is surprisingly not like olive oil, but more of a candle wax consistency.
